A first-generation entrepreneur, Seshagiri Rao is the founder and the driving force behind the rapid growth of the Sentini Group. A firm believer in technological innovation, his deep insights into national and international markets have helped Sentini manufacture the highest-quality products. An inspiring visionary, his business acumen and leadership skills have made Sentini one of India's most successful conglomerates. He believes strongly in giving back to society and is actively involved in various community service programs.

Ajit Dandekar is responsible for the Sales and Marketing function at Sentini Flopipes. He joined the company in 2022. He has vast experience working with various organisations in India and abroad, handling senior responsibilities across Sales and Marketing functions. He has worked with Kansai Nerolac Paints, Pidilite Industries and Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd. Before joining Sentini he was  Vice President of Sales, with Kisan Mouldings Limited. Ajit holds a B.E. (Mechanical) degree and an MMS degree from the University of Mumbai.

Jaya heads the day-to-day operations of the Sentini Group and is responsible for the execution of operational plans and all new endeavours. She has been an integral part of the core team since the group’s inception. In recognition of her sharp entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and excellent business acumen, the State Government of Andhra Pradesh conferred on her the “Best Lady Entrepreneur Award” in 2002. She also won the “Best Management Award” in 2016 and 2018.
