Sentini Flopipes Pipes & Fittings
SWR pipes, also known as soil, waste and rainwater pipes, are used for drainage and disposal of wastewater and rainwater from buildings.
SWR pipes are typically made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material, which is a strong and durable plastic. This material makes them resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and weathering, ensuring a long-lasting and reliable drainage system.
These pipes can be made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) material that is durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to install inside buildings. The uPVC material used in SWR pipes is also non-toxic and eco-friendly, making it a popular choice for sustainable building projects.
At Sentini Flopipes, PVC-based SWR pipes are known for their durability, resistance to corrosion, and low cost. We use high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to produce SWR pipes that meet international standards. We offer a range of SWR pipes that are designed to meet toughest requirements and undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
SWR stands for Soil, Waste, and Rainwater. It is a type of pipe system that is used to transport and dispose of soil, waste, and rainwater from buildings. SWR pipes are commonly used in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings for drainage purposes.
Sentini Flopipes offers a range of SWR pipes that are durable, corrosion-resistant, and designed to meet all kinds of internal drainage requirements for buildings.
SWR pipes made of PVC are an excellent choice for most residential and commercial internal drainage systems, as they are lightweight, durable, and resistant to corrosion and chemical damage. PVC pipes do not break or bend with changing temperatures or pressures.
Sentini Flopipes offers a variety of SWR pipes suitable for internal drainage systems in buildings. PVC pipes are flexible and easier to work with.
SWR (Soil, Waste, and Rainwater) pipes are commonly used for internal drainage systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The benefits of using SWR pipes for internal drainage include:
1. Durability: SWR pipes are made of high-quality materials that are resistant to corrosion, abrasion, and chemical damage. They can last for decades without requiring any repairs or replacements.
2. Easy Installation: SWR pipes are lightweight and easy to install. They can be easily cut to size and joined using simple tools. This makes the installation process quick and cost-effective.
3. Low Maintenance: SWR pipes are designed to handle high flow rates and can withstand heavy usage without clogging or leaking. They require minimal maintenance and can be easily cleaned using a hose or a drain snake.
4. Enhanced Hygiene: SWR pipes have a smooth inner surface that allows for a smooth flow of waste and rainwater. This reduces the chances of blockages and clogs, ensuring that the drainage system works efficiently. SWR pipes are designed to prevent the buildup of bacteria and other harmful microorganisms. They are smooth on the inside, which means that there are no rough surfaces or joints where bacteria can grow. SWR pipes are designed to carry waste and rainwater away from buildings, which helps maintain a clean and hygienic environment. They prevent the accumulation of stagnant water and eliminate foul odors, thus reducing the risk of health hazards.
5. Noise reduction: The design of SWR pipes helps to reduce noise transmission, making them ideal for use in residential and commercial buildings. Overall, SWR pipes offer an efficient and cost-effective solution for internal drainage systems, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for occupants. SWR pipes are reliable, cost-effective, and easy to maintain, making them the ideal choice for any internal drainage system.
Ring fit and Solvent Fit SWR pipes are two different types of pipes used for external drainage and waste disposal systems in residential and commercial buildings.
1. Ring fit pipes feature a rubber ring that is inserted into a groove on the end of each pipe. When the pipes are pushed together, the ring compresses and creates a tight seal. This type of joint is ideal for applications where the pipe may need to be disassembled in the future, as it can be easily separated without damaging the pipe.
2. Solvent Fit pipes, on the other hand, are joined together using a solvent cement. The ends of the pipes are first cleaned and then coated with the cement. When the pipes are pushed together, the cement melts and fuses the two pieces together, creating a strong, permanent bond. This type of joint is ideal for applications where the pipe will not be disassembled in the future, as it is difficult to separate without damaging the pipe.
At Sentini Flopipes, we manufacture two types of SWR (Internal Drainage) pipes - Ring fit and Solvent Fit.
As Ring fit pipes are joined using a rubber ring seal that fits snugly into a groove on the pipe, creating tight, leak-proof joint, these pipes are quick and easy to install and provide excellent resistance to water and chemicals. Solvent Fit pipes, joined using a special adhesive solvent provide a strong, permanent joint that is ideal for high-pressure applications. Ring fit pipes are easier to install and require less time and effort, while Solvent Fit pipes provide a stronger and more permanent connection. The choice between the two types of pipes depends on the specific requirements of the project.
