OUR UGD and UGD Foamcore pipes & fittings

Sentini Flopipes Pipes & Fittings
UGD pipes, also known as Underground Drainage Pipes, are used to transport wastewater from residential, commercial, and industrial areas to treatment plants or septic tanks. They are installed underground and are designed to withstand the weight of soil and traffic.
UGD pipes are made of various materials such as PVC, HDPE, and RCC. PVC pipes are highly durable and lightweight, making them easy to install and maintain.
At Sentini Flopipes, PVC-based UGD pipes are known for their durability, resistance to corrosion, and low cost. We use high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to produce UGD pipes that meet international standards. We offer a range of UGD pipes that are designed to meet toughest requirements and undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
UGD pipes made of PVC are an excellent choice for most residential and commercial underground drainage systems, as they are lightweight, durable, and resistant to corrosion and chemical damage. PVC pipes do not break or bend with changing temperatures or pressures.
Sentini Flopipes offers a variety of UGD pipes suitable for underground drainage. PVC pipes are flexible and easier to work with. They are commonly used in low-pressure applications, such as drainage and sewage systems.
UGD, short for Underground Drainage, is a piping system of used to carry wastewater and sewage - while traditional UGD pipes are made from rigid #PolyVinylChloride(PVC), FoamCore UGD pipes are made of an additional Foamed PVC layer inserted between the inner and outer layers of PVC. This prevents the distortion of the pipes under heavy soil load and provides greater strength and durability, and ideal for heavy soil flows!
UGDFoamCore pipes are ideal for tackling heavy soil flows in big residential, commercial, civil, and industrial spaces! Strong and lifetime-lasting, SentiniFlopipes Foam-core UGD pipes are stronger and highly cost-effective than traditional pipes used for sanitation and sewerage.
UGD and UGD Foamcore pipes are designed to be buried underground and can handle a wide range of liquids, including industrial waste, stormwater runoff, and domestic sewage from buildings and homes to treatment plants or septic tanks.
Sentini Flopipes offers a range of UGD and UGD Foamcore pipes that are durable, corrosion-resistant, and designed to meet the specific needs of different applications.
UGD or Underground Drainage pipes are designed to carry wastewater from buildings to the main sewer or treatment plant. There are several benefits to using UGD pipes for external drainage:
1. Durability: UGD pipes are resistant to corrosion, weathering, and chemicals. As a result, these pipes can last for decades without requiring any maintenance.
2. Flexibility: Unlike traditional concrete pipes, UGD pipes are flexible and can bend without breaking, making them ideal for use in areas with uneven terrain or where ground movement is expected.
3. Easy installation: UGD pipes come in long lengths, which means fewer joints are required during installation. This not only reduces the chances of leakage but also makes installation faster and more economical.
4. Cost-effective: UGD pipes are cost-effective compared to traditional drainage systems, as they require fewer materials, less labor, and less time to install.
5. Environmentally friendly: UGD pipes are eco-friendly, as they are made from recycled materials and can be recycled again at the end of their life cycle.
So, if you are looking for a reliable external drainage solution, UGD pipes from Sentini Flopipes could be the perfect choice for you. We offer high-quality UGD pipes that are designed to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Ring fit and Solvent Fit SWR pipes are two different types of pipes used for external drainage and waste disposal systems in residential and commercial buildings.
1. Ring fit pipes feature a rubber ring that is inserted into a groove on the end of each pipe. When the pipes are pushed together, the ring compresses and creates a tight seal. This type of joint is ideal for applications where the pipe may need to be disassembled in the future, as it can be easily separated without damaging the pipe.
2. Solvent Fit pipes, on the other hand, are joined together using a solvent cement. The ends of the pipes are first cleaned and then coated with the cement. When the pipes are pushed together, the cement melts and fuses the two pieces together, creating a strong, permanent bond. This type of joint is ideal for applications where the pipe will not be disassembled in the future, as it is difficult to separate without damaging the pipe.
At Sentini Flopipes, we manufacture two types of UGD (Underground Drainage) pipes - Ring fit and Solvent Fit.
As Ring fit pipes are joined using a rubber ring seal that fits snugly into a groove on the pipe, creating tight, leak-proof joint, these pipes are quick and easy to install and provide excellent resistance to water and chemicals. Solvent Fit pipes, joined using a special adhesive solvent provide a strong, permanent joint that is ideal for high-pressure applications. Ring fit pipes are easier to install and require less time and effort, while Solvent Fit pipes provide a stronger and more permanent connection. The choice between the two types of pipes depends on the specific requirements of the project.
